Can my skip be placed on the road?
Yes, if a skip needs to be placed on a road, you will need a local authority permit, which we can organise for you. Please allow up to a 7-days for us to process this. If you need the skip in less time, please contact the office, and we’ll see if we can speed up the permit.
How long can I have the skip for?
You can keep the skip for a maximum of 9 calendar days. If you need to extend the hire period, this can be organised. Please contact the office to make the necessary arrangements.
What is a wait and load?
A wait-and-go option is where you don’t need a local authority approval. You have the skip for half an hour, and the driver waits with the skip. This can be done on your premises or on the road, without the need for a permit.
